· Review and respond to your Emails, Messages, Phone calls from all customers as quickly as possible. We must ensure any issue that disrupts production is given the highest urgency and resolved asap.
· Follow all OHS requirements.
· As example but not limited to waring correct PPE and raising any seen potential risks with the team-leader
· Review available STK material offcuts for Benchtops BRD OPT
· Follow processes to complete optimising the daily released Work and Maintenance Batches.
· Ensure optimising Data is reviewed and confirmed. Communicate to all stakeholders so all ordering can occur by required times.
· Ensure all paperwork and reports are provided in the approved order to the correct locations in time for planning.
· Ensure all optimisations are added to the Cut Plan system and any default planning is applied.
· Ensure our processes are followed and work passed to our customers is at Claytons acceptable level.
· High Computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
· Advanced English is a must.
· Effective time management skills to ensure work is completed as scheduled.
· High attention to detail
· Problem solving
· Ability to work to strict deadlines.
· Be passionate and motivated to find savings and improvements.
· University Qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field with certificates
· 2+ years experience in the field.
