I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

At Yes4all, we aim to triple our global growth this year. To support this goal, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to join our fun and fast-paced environment. This individual will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day performance marketing initiatives across different marketplaces.

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on the Amazon platform using data-driven insights
• Optimize campaigns for search engines through effective SEO, SEM tactics
• Manage budgets, supervise search operations, and optimize bids for performance marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, sales to ensure campaign success.
• Regularly analyze performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Accurately report campaign performance to line managers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies for continuous improvement
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and sales growth
• Demonstrate a love of learning, sharing, teamwork, and personal development.

Job Requirement

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce
• Experience in performance marketing, specifically with PPC channels (Google, Coc Coc, etc.) and knowledge of SEO
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions using data
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio
• Proficient in SEO and SEM tactics and able to create effective performance marketing plans
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
• Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.

Will be plus:

• Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools (e.g. Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP)
• Experience with e-commerce/social commerce platforms such as Amazon, or Walmart/Target/Tik Tok,… and so on.
• Passion for sports and sport-related products.
