Graduated from University
Fluent in English
Have at least 5 years experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
Strong people management & leadership skill.
Well understand in mold, die (at least 5 years experience in repair & mainternance die & mold)
Long term and short term vision
Logical thinking, analytical & problem solving skills.
Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill
