Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the die & mold maintenance section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
Lead & improve mold & die operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity
Manage general of die & mold section including repair and maintenance die & mold, related equipment...etc.
Lead and develop strong Die & Mold Mainternance Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.

Graduated from University
Fluent in English
Have at least 5 years experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
Strong people management & leadership skill.
Well understand in mold, die (at least 5 years experience in repair & mainternance die & mold)
Long term and short term vision
Logical thinking, analytical & problem solving skills.
Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill
