Job Description

Sourcing:
- Find the best sources for goods and services.
Purchasing and Ordering:
- Create and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and supplier performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and manage risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and supplier innovations.
- Evaluate and recommend new suppliers or products based on research findings.
Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
Experience: Either previous experience in procurement or fresher
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, hardworking, and careful.
