Received the Finish panels request from PD team, fill out the Finish tracker & follow up
Follow up Color panel Tracker, Define the priority between each customer (RH/ HS/ KA)
Coordinate & follow up with internal teams for Submit request on systems, Internal Sales Orders, finish development, upload Finish panels photos for record/ customer review
Ensures accuracy and integrity of Finish panels process were kept-up-todate/ correctly/ and details for report
2. FLOOR WORKS
Review the colors panels with Technical Finishing team everyday, updated to PD team the status
Coordinate with ME/Technical Finishing/ PD Manager to review the Color panels, make the necessary improvements if needed
Coordinate with Prototype Teams/Technical Finishing team to complete Color panels on time for customer review/ shipment
Support Client during their trip to review color panels at our factory
Duty to follow up with the color’s images/ shipment/

Education & Major: University
English level: Advanced
No. of general work experience: 1 years
Negotiation/ Communication Skill / Auto CAD (Read only).
