Customer Development: Build and enhance relationships with both new and existing customers to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver product information, and conduct demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
Sales Proposals: Prepare quotations, solutions, and tenders; lead customer presentations and bid submissions.
Negotiation: Handle price discussions, contracts, and other customer agreements to secure favorable terms.
Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers, guiding them on product usage and resolving any issues.
Product Innovation: Recommend updated or new products that align with customers' needs for cost-effectiveness.
Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends by attending conferences, workshops, and relevant publications.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to gather feedback and improve product quality and service offerings.
Reporting: Regularly update the Operations Manager on sales activities and progress.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably with experience in food commodities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Skills: Strong marketing acumen, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
