Develop a GTM strategy for the Japanese offshore market.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with Japanese customers, primarily project managers from headquarters or subsidiaries in Japan.
Prepare agendas and content for customer meetings.
Participate in meetings to confirm requirements, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
Plan and attend social parties with Japanese customers to build strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal project managers to allocate resources and make proposals and quotations.
Negotiate with customers and close deals successfully.
Native-level or fluent Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing), equivalent to N1 level (certification not required).
Willingness to travel for business to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Japan, and other locations.
Previous experience living and/or working in Japan.
Proven experience in Japanese offshore sales.
Background in working with IT companies.
