Sea Freight Executive

Job Description

- Receive final prelert from C/S

- Open job in the system

- Upload all the documentations on the efms system

- Pushing carriers assign VNSW system to up manifest

- Follow up A/N from carriers

- Update customer system if any

- Check debit note from carriers/vendors & make the AD/SM for them

- Keying invoices in the system

- Send A/N, DN to cnee

- Track & trace shipment status & update in the system

- Get EDO from carriers

- Check payment status of customer before releasing DO

- Release D/O to cnee

- Follow up & push carriers arrange shipment from Cai Mep to HCM port (FCL)

- Follow up & push coloaders arrange unstuff cargo to CFS WH (LCL)

- Container deposit/DO extension with carrier (if any)

- Follow up POD & update system

- Solve the troubles for the shipment (if any) relate to docs.

Job Requirement

- Min. 1 year – experience of shipping industry

- Bachelor Degree : College or University

- Knowledge : Shipping

- Good  at communication in both of  English and Vietnamese 

- Good Computer skills (MS Office) : Word, Excel, Power point

- Be patient, careful, ability to work under pressure
