Consulting to Seller:
Initiate contact with potential sellers through email, phone calls, or in-person meetings.
Clearly communicate the benefits of joining the marketplace and address any concerns or questions.

2. Seller Onboarding:
Collect Required Documentation:
Gather necessary documentation from sellers, such as business licenses, tax information, and product catalogs.
Verify the authenticity of documents and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Create Seller Accounts:
Set up seller accounts on the marketplace platform, providing them with login credentials and access to relevant tools and resources.
Assist sellers in completing their profile information, uploading product listings, and setting up payment and shipping preferences.
3. Seller Training and Support:
Provide Training Materials:
Develop and distribute training materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs, to help sellers understand the platform's features and functionalities.
Conduct training sessions or webinars to address specific questions and concerns.
Offer Ongoing Support:
Provide ongoing support to sellers through email, phone, or chat, addressing any technical issues or inquiries.
Assist sellers with troubleshooting problems, optimizing product listings, and improving sales performance.
Job Requirement
At least Bachelor degree
2-3 years experience, preferably in e-commerce, business development, retail sales, commercial partnerships
High proficiency of MS office
Good sense of data analysing
Excellent communication at all levels
Can-do attitude and start-up mindset
Good at English and Chinese is a plus
