Senior Accounts Receivable

Job Description

Revenue and Account Receivables (AR) (90%)

• Prepare and control revenue reconciliation and ensure revenue is matching between the system and do verify for the gap to resolve if any
• Resolve the queries raised by the customers and other departments on the invoice and payment received
• Monitor AR collection, % AR outstanding and other KPI related to AR
• Update bank book and cash book for AR transactions and record bank and cash transaction in accounting systems
• Update and provide weekly, monthly aging report
• Prepare/manage statement of account for local customer and ensure SOA are sent to all customers for reminder if have
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to validate the accuracy of the information provided in the credit application and other supporting document in relation to the new business/ clients
• Controlling e-invoice issuance process and make sure all invoices issued correctly and review to control e-invoices are issued in accordance with local regulations including cancellation of invoices or invoice adjustment
• Check and collate supporting documents for payment requests related to AR
• Ensure all original invoices are collected, and arrange proper filing documents

Administration duties & Accounting Policies & Compliances (10%)

• Prepare confirmations for auditing (if have any)
• Filing related documents to in charge sections
• Prepare/file document for tax auditing (if have any)
• Review and propose for improvement plan for current processes/practices

Job Requirement

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in medical and healthcare industry is preferred  
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• Deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues.
• Ability to work well within a team and individually.
