RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
1. New product development (70%)
Project Management: Oversee product launches to ensure alignment with company KPIs, collaborating with stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and optimize lead times, while participating in decision-making processes.
Data Analysis & Insights: Partner with the Product Research Analytics team to conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer demographics to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights for new product development.
Strategic Recommendations: Work closely with Product Research Analytics, CMI, and Product Marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance product offerings and market fit.
Automated Processes: Propose and implement automated workflows to streamline pre-launch activities and boost efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of newly launched products, evaluate results against targets, and recommend improvements based on performance data.
2. Sales execution (30%)
Sales Execution: Execute sales strategies on e-commerce platforms to drive revenue, manage product listings, optimize pricing, and develop promotional campaigns.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns, tracking their performance and adjusting strategies to maximize results.
Platform Operations: Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms, including inventory management, order processing, and monitoring platform performance.
