Job Description

- Ensure that all compensation & benefit practices in compliance with the current local legislation.
* Attendance Management
- Manage the time attendance (Entry attendance data and get data for attendance system) for all employees to make sure attendance report is correct.
- Check timesheet and compare to the data from the attendance system (Receive, check & update all leaves, employee gate pass, confirmation of working day…).
- Check and manage overtime requests.
- Update and manage annual leave and pay leave.
* Monthly Salary Payment
- Enter accurate attendance date into the monthly payroll sheet.
- Make sure monthly salary payment is on time and accurate.
- Prepare the final payment for resignation employees.
- Prepare payment of severance allowance.
* Personal Income Tax
- Register the tax code of the individual and the employee's dependents.
- Submit monthly personal income tax reports and notice of monthly personal income tax deductions for the Accounting Department to transfer.
- Carry out annual personal income tax finalization report.
* Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance.
- Managing the Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance practices in the company such as monthly report for new employee, resigned employee, in charge of handling social insurance benefits for sickness, maternity, prenatal check-ups….
- Manage health insurance cards, renew health insurance cards.
- Report monthly deduction for social insurance payment for the Accounting Department to transfer on time.
- In charge of private insurance (Healthcare) such as receive and check claim documents related to private insurance.
- Update the increase or decrease in employees participating in private insurance according to Group regulations
- Monitor contract duration and send renewal list to Board of Management.
* Labor contract
- Manage the labor contract (LC) process (probation contract, new LC and renew LC).

* Recruitment & Training

Job Requirement

- Graduated College or University
- At least 5 years of experience in General HR or C&B practices.
- Labor/ Insurance/ Tax knowledge
- Can written and spoken English
