General Affairs Staff presents as a receptionist, in charge of managing queries from internal, external customers and able to provide instant support and observe for front office operation.
Present as a receptionist: Meet and greet external customers/vendors; Provide guidance for forms, procedures, mailing service; Take care to archive work of in coming /out sending documents at factory.
Control car service for employee and expats: Arrangement cars for business travel and making payment request for expense related to car management; Sumary and calculate working days and overtime of driver.
Small purchasing and delivery: Contact the supplier and order, supply and inventory of stationery, uniform; Delivery stationary for department who order stationary and unioform as required on time.
Supporting for hotel booking, air ticket if required.
Payment documents and other assignment: Supervise the fee payment; Support company events; Monitor housekeeping service
- Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City/ Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh
- Working time: Monday to Friday (8.00 - 16.30); Saturday (8.00 - 12.00) & 1 full Saturday off per month.
