*Senior Lab Engineer (Work at Cu Chi, shuttle bus provided)

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Follow up all testing details including arrange testing, follow up failure solving, fixture set up related, test procedure management and training, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing Management: Schedule and coordinate testing activities, including setup of test fixtures, procedure development, and training.
• Team Coordination: Assign tasks to test teams and optimize manpower allocation for efficient testing.
• Training: Train technicians on safe and accurate testing methods and equipment operation.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor testing processes, address issues, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Failure Analysis: Investigate test failures, prepare detailed technical reports in English (e.g., 5D reports), and summarize test results.
• Data Management: Maintain testing records and raw data in the system accurately.
• Report Review: Review and finalize test reports to ensure quality and clarity.

Job Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor and above

2. Experience: 3 years relevant experience with good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering

3. Knowledge: Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering.

4. Functional Skills: Fluent Local language, Excellent on written and spoken English
