· Manage and develop "GT Channels" strategy by understanding well and coordinate closely with Sales team or clients.
· Plan trade marketing programs to push sales volume in channels following sales situation & business situation.
· Develop & Propose new Promotion Mechanics.
· Responsible to develop visibility. Generate ideas to develop brand image in channels with mindset of utilizing all resources.
· Work with supplier about design, production and installation POSM in GT to support for Promotions/campaign/ improve display…& support POSM for other channels/ other activities.
· Monitor and update market information in channel about price, competitor’s activities.
· Control budget of responsible activities.
· Propose & organize some suitable events for brand.
· Other responsibilities as assignment from line manager, management.
· At least 02 years relevant working experience in trade marketing/trade category at the same position or experience in Sales Supervisor for General Trade in FMCG company.
· University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics …
· Good knowledge of trade marketing in FMCG industry.
· Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
· Planning skills & detail Implementation Skill.
· Analytical thinking & Problem-solving Skill.
· Creativeness & ability to work about designs.
· Teamwork, working under high pressure, detail focus.
