Job Description

1. Administrative

  • Travel documentation – track and monitor Travel Records vs Travel Budget.
  • Travel expense claim – prepare and submit expense claims.
  • Booking of Flight and Travel Plan.
  • Booking of meeting venue and schedule.
  • Inventory record and upkeeping.

2. Operational – Projects & Facilities Management Services

  • Raise Purchase Request / Purchase Order (PR/PO)
  • Process payment to vendors
  • Documentation of PR/PO and Payment records.
  • Records keeping.

3. Legal

  • Document control and records keeping.
  • Liaison and coordination of meetings.
  • Proof reading of document.
  • Miscellaneous administrative

4. Facilities Management

  • Applications and Forms records keeping.
  • Safety PPE / Equipment inventory record keeping.
  • Complain/Feedback receipt/tracking/monitoring.
  • Miscellaneous administrative.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in Human Resources, Law, Accounting,...
  • Language: Local candidate with fluent English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
