1. Administrative
- Travel documentation – track and monitor Travel Records vs Travel Budget.
- Travel expense claim – prepare and submit expense claims.
- Booking of Flight and Travel Plan.
- Booking of meeting venue and schedule.
- Inventory record and upkeeping.
2. Operational – Projects & Facilities Management Services
- Raise Purchase Request / Purchase Order (PR/PO)
- Process payment to vendors
- Documentation of PR/PO and Payment records.
- Records keeping.
3. Legal
- Document control and records keeping.
- Liaison and coordination of meetings.
- Proof reading of document.
- Miscellaneous administrative
4. Facilities Management
- Applications and Forms records keeping.
- Safety PPE / Equipment inventory record keeping.
- Complain/Feedback receipt/tracking/monitoring.
- Miscellaneous administrative.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Human Resources, Law, Accounting,...
- Language: Local candidate with fluent English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
