The Branding and Event Staff will be responsible for building and developing the company's brand, as well as planning, organizing, and executing events to promote the company's brand, products, and services:
Branding:
Participate in the development and execution of the overall branding strategy for the company, including brand positioning, key messages, image, and brand identity.
Develop and manage branding materials such as logos, brand identity systems, marketing collateral, and other communication and printed materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer services.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding activities to provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Take action and perform necessary procedures to protect the brand when required.
Event organization:
Conceptualize, plan, and organize various events such as seminars, exhibitions, customer conferences, product launches, internal events, press conferences, etc.
Manage, negotiate, and work with event service providers (venues, equipment, personnel, etc.).
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution and achievement of event goals.
Supervise the event execution process, handle arising issues, and provide timely solutions.
Evaluate event effectiveness, report results, and suggest improvements for future events.
Job Requirement
University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in branding and event organization.
Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing events.
Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Willing to travel for long periods for business purposes.
