Digital Transformation Director

As the Director of Digital Transformation, you will lead the development and execution of digital strategies for internal and client projects. Reporting to the CDXO, you will engage with CXO-level executives, overseeing projects across CDP, e-commerce, website/app development, and CRM to enhance customer experience and business performance.

Responsibilities

• In-House Business (50%): Develop and execute internal digital strategy; support CDXO.
• Client Business (50%): Plan digital transformation strategies and create proposals (CDP, e-commerce, website/app development, CRM); oversee implementation and reporting; liaise with client CXO-level executives.

Skills/Abilities

• Strategic leadership and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and create proposals in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.

Education and Experience

• Deep knowledge of Vietnam's digital marketing landscape
• Expertise in CDP, e-commerce, website/app development, CRM
• Proven project management experience in digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
