Job Summary:
The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Building policies and procedure
· Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (Performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees.
· Take part in guiding other departments to draft & recommend internal policies and procedures.
· Carry out necessary administrative duties & Nurture a positive working environment.
· Conduct performance and wage review.
· Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
· Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved.
· Develop and implement HR strageties and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as required for Managenment.
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
2. Recruitment
· Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures.
· Supervise the recruiting team.
· Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
· Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software for the employer.
· Suggest the ways to improve the employer's brand.
3. Compensation & Benefit
· Manages and supervise the C&B Team related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities.
· Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies.
· Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
· Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area).
· Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities.
4. Training
· Organize and supervise product training programs periodically and as they arise.
· Propose orientation training programs and other human resource development training courses.
5. Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
