I. Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent while fostering a sense of pride among current employees.
Ensure timely and efficient recruitment in line with company planning and urgent requests from the Board of Directors. Collaborate with departments to execute recruitment plans and select suitable candidates.
Establish performance evaluation systems and standardized processes, contributing to KPI development and performance assessment.
Manage payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, employee benefits programs, and other related matters.
Plan and implement human resource development initiatives to support company growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR management aspects.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Maintain a positive work environment by fostering employee motivation, staying connected with staff, addressing concerns, and working with management to resolve or prevent conflicts.
Handle labor relations and implement necessary disciplinary measures when required.
Assess and mitigate HR-related risks to ensure operational stability.
Oversee administrative functions and develop organizational planning.
Cultivate a company culture aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
Evaluate and propose optimal solutions to enhance overall company management.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
II. Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in reading and writing English; strong English communication skills are a plus.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR-related web systems.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws.
Expertise in HR management, recruitment, and training.
Strong communication, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and open-minded.
High resilience under pressure, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
