Receive and respond to IT support requests for hardware, and software issues from users promptly
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. If issue is out of technical knowledge or lacking system privileged, escalate to higher/senior level immediately
Prepare and set up computers for new employees. Install and configure hardware and software components
Repair or replace damaged computer hardware
Manage IT assets (laptops, desktops). Monthly report to manager the current state of IT assets & propose solutions to improve IT asset quality and performance
Monitor and maintain IT hardware & systems and report to IT Manager immediately when issues happen. Proactively suggest to IT Manager solutions to fix future system/network issue or suggest system/network upgrades with reasonable cost
Provide a basic level of support in the IT System (create an account, reset the password, etc)
Set up, and fix the camera, and access system issues together with other colleagues
