PE Engineer / Senior Engineer - Cu Chi

Job Description

Be responsible for process monitoring & line troubleshooting.

Be responsible to control and improve process document (Working Instruction, Process Manual)

• Line analysis trouble shooting which related to process, material, and design
• Process & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
• Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP.
• Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition
• Follow In-process reject daily, FPY monitoring, especially related to function test defect. Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution. • IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement
• Line audit, Gemba Walk.
• CIP for material & routing saving
• Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities

Job Requirement

• University bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ISE) or related
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Process Engineering or Production Engineering
• Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong decision making with good analytical / problem solving skills.
• Strategic thinking skills
• Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge on Chinese would be advantageous
• Able to identify the strengths and weakness of the multinational teams; define actions to improve the team skills, scope, and capability
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
