Tra Vinh Wind Power No.1 JSC (“TWPC”) is a 100% foreign-owned company developing Korean - Tra Vinh Wind Power Plant (48MW), located nearshore in Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province in the Mekong Delta, Southern Vietnam.

Ecotech Tra Vinh Renewables JSC.

Ecotech Tra Vinh Renewables JSC (“Ecotech”) is a 100% foreign-owned company developing Hiep Thanh Wind Power Plant (78MW), located nearshore in Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province in the Mekong Delta, Southern Vietnam

Position purpose:

The Personal Assistant will ensure that contractors adhere to all required documentation and maintenance procedures. This role involves auditing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, verifying proper documentation, and ensuring the availability and condition of materials and tools

Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

• Providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
• Working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.
• Acting as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
• Handling requests and queries appropriately
• Managing diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Making travel arrangements
• Taking dictation and minutes
• Producing reports, presentations and briefs
• Managing business expenses (business travel, meeting…)
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

​Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office
• English-Korean-Vietnamese proficiency
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
