Product SPECIALIST is responsible to independently identify & develop new products, inspecting, researching, packaging and promoting them. The role is also to handle all product requests from Sales & Marketing departments through coordinating with local and regional product representatives including core and non-core destinations in SE Asia.
In addition, this role will support inside and outside sales staff/ Work directly with FAM trips inquiries and New accounts on niche products including all training. Also will coordinate with Contracting Executive to ensure the accurate and updated Products information on TP system, website and other platforms of the company.
· Researching/ Analyzing new products and touring options based on inspections of sights/ new updates from regional offices/non-core suppliers then packing them into Products modules and promoting them through presentation. Create new products as per yearly KPI.
· Researching and identifying new hotels/restaurants/boat/vehicle suppliers. Update to relevant departments.
· Communicating with suppliers to collect info and negotiating rates for new Products.
· Creating customized itineraries and quoting based on requests from Sales/Marketing/Agents/RPM/CEO/PCCS/FAM/ Ad hoc inquiries.
· Prepare and conduct the training for internal/external sales and agents.
· Supervising and Coordinating with local product representatives in regional offices (or local suppliers in SE Asia) to collect relevant information and necessary component for new product/touring options.
· Making and delivering training for Sales and relevant departments to increase product and destination knowledge.
· Filling Health & Safety audit form of Hotel/Vehicle/Boat or Coordinating with local product representatives to complete it.
· Assisting for daily Sales’ request, question/inquiry from Agent or other departments.
· Update monthly newsletter (RDU)for Marketing/All necessary department and other reports by collecting information from the local representatives/ local suppliers/ GMs with specific deadlines.
· Liaising with relevant department to solve any problems related to Product/Modules rates.
· Working closely with marketing team to update new product information for regular newsletters.
· Willing support and assist other Product Specialist, PCCS when needed.
· Set up monthly meeting with Sales, BD team, Marketing & ROs
