QA Supervisor

Job Description

A. Job Overview
To enhance Quality Assurance system for all ASEAN region companies
B. Responsibilities

• When receive the information from Japanese headquarter, understand the content and explain it to the group companies in the ASEAN region
• Confirm Quality Assurance systems for other companies and provide some advices to improve it
• Working with the marketing Dept and headquarter to investigate trends of Quality Assurance in Garment Industry
• Prepare the presentation/ related document for meeting
• Making the meeting schedule for other companies or necessary cases
• Work closely with colleagues within the group companies in the ASEAN region to provide the best Quality Assurance system
• Reports to QA Manager of the ASEAN region

Job Requirement

Education

• Graduated College or University. Chemistry major is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years working experiences in field of Quality Assurance in garment inductrial

Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance and Chemical substance management
• Understanding of production processes and Quality Control measures.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to communicate with people from all levels of background in a corporate setting.
• Meticulous and with a good eye for details.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks or projects.
• Willingness to travel for business trips within the ASEAN region.
