Update customer information on the sales management system, check orders, track contracts of distribution channels, agents and retailers
Update sales information, knowledge of goods , sales programs for the sales department and customers
Receive orders directly, sales or orders on the system, manage orders, responsible for processing orders properly
Contact the delivery department/shipping unit to send the goods
Solve problems related to delivery and cargo problems
Track, the process of return products that need to be recalled for customers, support to pay for promotions & Handling return cases.
Coordinate with Logistics Department, warehouse staff, packing staff to prepare goods according to standards before sending. to ensure delivery of goods on times
Coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse Departments to handle issues related to goods and orders for the business.
Analyze order data, prepare reports to the Head of Sales Department
Update information about goods in stock, goods in transit as well as quantity.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
Job Requirement
Requirements and skills:
Degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field.
Previous experience as a Sales Admin
Knowledge of supply chain processes .
Working experience with relevant software.
Strong communication skills & creative problem-solving.
