Update store list of each account and update in DMS periodically.
Evaluate and propose promotional programs for the month/quarter.
Build excellent relationship with buyer, store manager to maximize business opportunities.
Manage implementation of Key Account activation plans, manage distribution & availability.
Solve/ handle issues related to in-charge stores.
Build full year JBP (joint business plan) with assigned accounts.
2. Sales team management
Supervise sales reps according to company regulations, ensure sales reps follow the right route, right store and 100% store in the assigned area are visited to achieve the sales KPIs target set-up, coverage, visibility standard, sales revenue by caterlogries
Recruit sales reps when required, take responsible for the route if there is a case of absence or not enough sales reps in the area.
Prepare PJP (Permanent Journey Plan), MCP (Master Coverage Plan) for the team, monitor and promote the effectiveness of each sales rep and each route plan.
Effective sales skills training, guide and support the sales team about DMS system for each individual or group, building the discipline and working spirit of the team.
Daily field coaching, work with, work review with sales reps to ensure professionalism, authenticity and compliance with company regulation.
Set the daily/weekly/monthly target by sales reps, by SKU, and tracking to ensure the sales out align with the time gone.
3. Manage the assigned market
Manage & develop the area to achieve the sales target, coverage, market share.
Coordinate with the sales team of the GT urban channel to control display and expiration dates at the WM+ chain.
Implement and checking all promotions and activities in the assigned market in accordance with the company's regulations to achieve the set goals.
Manage POSM, merchandising program at the store, follow up display benefits follow trade agreements.
Actively update market situation, competitors timely and periodically.
Manage and update customer sales data.
Tracking orders, delivery progress, ensure OTIF (on time if full)
4. Report and update to the company.
Track, analyze and evaluate the daily/weekly/monthly sales of each salesperson and team.
Review and adjust information on DMS software (list of customers, sales routes, sales orders ...)
Update, review and summary promotion program and activities in the assigned area.
Propose program, solution to the manager to improve sales revenue, sales capabilities and develop the area.
5. Other tasks as required by superiors.
Job Requirement
Graduated from University in Business Administration or other relevant
At least 2 years of experience in sales supervisor modern trade in a Consumer Good Company, Dairy industry.
Data analysis skills, knowledge and experience in DMS or similar software, skills in using Microsoft Office software.
