Senior Developer - Microsoft Power Platform

Job Description

The Power Platform Specialist will be responsible to develop and deliver app solutions to meet our business challenges & fulfill GreenFeed digitalization journey. This shall require your expertise by leveraging the whole suite of solutions from Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including but not limited to PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure and SharePoint Online / Dataverse... The capacity workload of this role will focus on 80% app development and 20% technical business analyst and you will be internally facing with business stakeholders to facilitate requirement collections, while also developing Power Apps to digitalize business workflow and manual jobs .

What you do:

80% Power Platform Development:

• Develop, research, and implement solutions across the Micrososft Power Platform ecosystem including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, SharePoint Online / Dataverse
• Design Power Apps to significantly enhance UX/UI for end users.
• Maintain operation and change management of Power Platform as per business needs.
• Leverage Micrososft Power Platform ecosystems (Office 365, SharePoint and Power Automate, Dataverse) to facilitate process improvement.
• Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into PowerApps for reporting purposes.
• Debug and fix issues with existing Power Apps / Workflows and suggest improvements/changes in the power app/ power automate.
• Create custom connectors and custom components to integrate with relevant systems.

20% Technical Business Analyst:

• Work directly with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements to meet business expectation.
• Document BRD and other documents as required.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to understand business pain points and transform these challenges into innovation solutions.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineer, MIS / BIS or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2-3 years of experiences with Microsoft Power Platform Development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online / Dataverse.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Knowledge of software development principles and lifecycle.
• Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions.
• Must be a “Collaborator” to work with business stakeholders in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems. Work collaboratively with end user groups to define application needs and identify innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills as well as knowledge of systems and/or business analysis design concepts.
• Good Organizational skills, with the ability to meet business needs and effectively multi-task across projects.
• Initiative-taking attitude, with great enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies, Power Platform, Azure cloud and will to constantly grow, learn and enhancing the skills in this area.
