Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on industry trends, competitive forces, market dynamics, and best practices to inform business strategies.
Spearhead the development of the companys corporate strategy, collaborating with senior management to set strategic priorities and identify key growth opportunities.
Provide high-level strategic counsel to senior leaders on critical business decisions, such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Design and execute strategic initiatives, including market entry plans, business development strategies, and investment decisions to drive organizational growth and meet corporate objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Track and assess the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying risks and recommending adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and updates on the progress of strategic initiatives
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience working in a multinational company (MNC).
A background in investment banking, management consulting, auditing, or a Big4 firms is highly preferred.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
