You will be reporting with the Marketing Manager and working cross-functionally in close collaboration with the Brand Team, Creative Team, E-Commerce Team, Retail Team, Product Team, and external partners.
What You Will Work On
Planning and executing online and offline seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, and more.
Maintaining brand identity through social media and channels.
Understanding and implementing trade marketing and promotion schemes during peak sales seasons.
Plan and participate in trade shows and events to showcase new season buying/ products.
Work with KOLs and Celebrities on sponsorships opportunities.
Create partnership proposals that outline collaborative opportunities with potential partners.
Manage media relationships and work with PR agencies to maintain brand voice in the market.
Work cross-functionally across departments with merchandising, brand, e-commerce, retail, and more to executive overall brand strategy.
Support the sales team with tools, resources, and training to enhance their ability to engage with B2B partners.
Job Requirement
Over 5 years of experience in brand communication/ marketing within the sports or retail industry.
Dependent thinker with strategic attitude.
Strong organization skills and great attention to detail.
Experience driving collaboration and communication with big groups
Experience in relationship management
Able to work well independently and in a team setting.
