Senior PHP Developer (Frontend and English)

Job Description

· Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using PHP (Laravel) and related technologies.

· Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with frontend applications.

· Collaborate with frontend developers (React/TypeScript) to ensure seamless integration and a smooth user experience.

· Utilize and integrate AWS services (primarily CloudFront, ECS, and S3) into the application architecture.

· Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.

· Conduct unit testing using PHPUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in PHP, Laravel, and related technologies

Job Requirement

·  Experience (3+ years) in backend development using PHP (Laravel).

·  Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and object-oriented programming principles.

·  Experience with frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript and React.

·  Experience with AWS services (CloudFront, ECS, S3).

·  Experience with unit testing using PHPUnit.

·  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired/Preferred Requirements:

·         Experience with Laravel-Excel 3 for data processing and manipulation.

·         Experience with Sanctum for API authentication and authorization.

·         Experience with SendGrid or similar external email services.

·         Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

·         Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

·         Ability to read and write Japanese technical documentation is a plus.

   LANGUAGE SKILLS

·  Good in English for daily communication with clients.

·  Japanese: ~ N3 is a plus
