Schedule and organize appointments, meetings
Support principals’ role in Open Houses and student recruitment
Prepare for staff meetings, grade team and head of department meetings
Support administrators with events, like TET, character assemblies, graduation, Curriculum Showcase, International Fest and more
Organize and file a variety of documents such as teacher performance, child protection forms, both hard copy and digital.
Liaise between departments to plan, schedule and manage meetings
Support all matters related to student and staff confidentiality
File, shred, organize documents and files
Act as the first point of contact to parents

Act as a liaison between CIS and BCIS to support accreditation and to present as one school with two programs
Run errands to all the school’s departments to support administrative work

Prepare presentations for a number of venues and events using
