Support the duties of committees of which the principal is in charge
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings
Support principals’ role in Open Houses and student recruitment
Prepare for staff meetings, grade team and head of department meetings
Support administrators with events, like TET, character assemblies, graduation, Curriculum Showcase, International Fest and more
Organize and file a variety of documents such as teacher performance, child protection forms, both hard copy and digital.
Liaise between departments to plan, schedule and manage meetings
Support all matters related to student and staff confidentiality
File, shred, organize documents and files
Act as the first point of contact to parents
Provide verbal and written translation for meetings, interview, to VN staff
Take meeting minutes
Act as a correspondence and the main point of contact to parents for ongoing matters maintaining confidentiality
Support with recruitment, sending reference checks, making contact with potential candidates, and follow up
Work with PR to promote school profile - communicating photo opportunities, writing up about events
Act as a liaison between CIS and BCIS to support accreditation and to present as one school with two programs
Run errands to all the school’s departments to support administrative work
Connect with the community to support administration
Prepare presentations for a number of venues and events using
Maintain log of online platform activities
Organize and attend meetings and ensuring the principal is well prepared for meetings
Support entry and dismissal procedures and routines
Act as a support to new staff
Make sure that the principal is aware of any cultural context that needs to be taken into account
Prefer candidates experienced in Education industry (Company size at least from 400-500 staffs) as a Secretary/ Assistant
Prefer candidates with experience/ knowledge in MoET & Cambridge programmes.
University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Public Relations or other related fields
At least 3 years of experience in equivalent position
English proficiency in 4 skills. (Report directly to Foreign Line Managers)
