Position Overview: The E-commerce Store Operations Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the client’s product portfolio, including pricing, promotions, discounts, and other seller-related activities across e-commerce platforms. This role requires close collaboration with the client’s e-commerce sales teams, brand/marketing departments, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of pricing and promotional strategies. Additionally, the consultant will manage product catalogs, content (e.g., images, A+ content), and monitor the performance of these assets on various platforms. The role also involves creating and managing promotional campaigns and digital assets such as banners to enhance the client’s e-commerce business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the client’s e-commerce pricing, promotions, and discount strategies on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to create and execute periodic plans (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual) for pricing, promotions, and seller campaigns.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices that can be applied to drive sales growth for the client.
Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing and promotional strategies, working with the analytics team to review and adjust actions based on performance data.
Manage and implement product and promotional content using client assets.
Adapt and translate content to meet the needs of local markets.
Analyze content performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize site and app content.
Coordinate with local teams to prioritize and implement promotional content.
Proactively assess campaign results, content, and customer service reports to integrate findings into future plans.
Address customer service queries and product-related inquiries (e.g., ingredients, expiration dates) while working closely with brands and external partners.

Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients, managing expectations effectively.
Excellent content analysis skills with a focus on optimizing digital content.
Hands-on experience with content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
A good understanding of e-commerce platform operations and content uploading processes.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant quantitative/technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, or marketing, focusing on pricing and promotions for consumer-facing businesses.
Familiarity with managing CPA ads (e.g., Facebook, Google) and experience using analytics tools.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or similar data analysis tools, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and e-commerce platform performance tracking (Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Amazon).
Confidence in client-facing roles with the ability to handle discussions and manage relationships.
High organizational skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Experience or familiarity with Consumer Goods, Consumer Durables, or related industries is a plus.
Awareness of current trends in digital commerce and marketing.
A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and develop skills based on client and team needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Amazon, etc.
Background in managing channel sales (either online or offline) with a solid understanding of digital commerce strategies.
