Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage staff database/ profile, labour contracts (new and renewal), prepare and submit required report
- Track employee attendance, prepare & process monthly payroll (50 headcounts)
- Manage social insurance, trade union, prepare and submit required report
- Manage Personal income tax code registration, PIT Quarterly declaration & finalization
- Assist with recruitment (job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement)
- Prepare and send internal announcements regarding HR matters
- Manage petty cash & bank payments and make sure all documents are properly created, signed, and filed
- Check supplier invoices, ensure their accuracy and prepare payment requests (if any)
- Assist in issuing company invoices, data entry
- Check traveling claims and prepare reports
- Manage office supplies, company assets, and payments for vendors
- Liaise with building management for staff access cards, parking registration, and all other relevant matters
- Manage company email license and its renewal, coordinate with IT to solve issues
- Organise company events (birthdays, company trip, year-end party)
- Arrange bookings for flights, hotels, restaurants, and tours for company’s staff and visitors
- Register for the Work permit, Residence card, company car’s documents, driver’s License for expats
- Renew Rep Office licence, prepare & submit annual rep office reports
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
Job Requirement
Requirements
- Possess certifications in accounting, finance, human resources, business administration
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Gender: Females, ages: 23 to 27 years - old
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same position
- Attention to detail, responsible
- Good organizational and human relations abilities
- Eager to learn new things, have a can-do/positive attitude
Working Time and Benefits
- Working time: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Monthly Gross Salary: negotiable based on the candidate’s experience.
