Assistant Business Director

Job Description

1. Supporting Business Team (40%)

- Directly execute strategic plans, as well as implementing projects assigned by the Director

- Work with data: conducting research, summarizing and analyzing data related to the operation and proposing ideas to improve the operation process, minimize cost and time

2. Supporting the Director in daily tasks (60%)

- Arrange meetings, follow up, and remind the Director about daily/weekly/monthly work schedules

- Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams to organize meetings and events.

- Prepare documents, take notes and action items for meetings attended by the Director.

- Provide admin assistance such as travel arrangements, document translation, small errands, etc.

- Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information and data.

- Other assignments from the Director.

Job Requirement

- At least 02 years of experience, experience in the Fashion Sports industry is a plus.

- Proficient in English.

- Business Mindset.

- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

- Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines.

- Having computer skills in office.

- Enthusiastic, responsible, able to withstand high pressure at work.

- Willingness to take challenges and work with high responsibility, and problem-solving skills.

- Thoughtful, careful, honest, good professional ethics.
