- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately - Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receiving and sorting daily mail - Order the stationary office, book airticket, provide sim - Arrange the meetings room - Arrange travel, car daily and prepare vouchers - Keep updated records of office expenses and costs, payment request. - Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirement
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role from 1 - 2 years - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) - Good communication skills: Vietnamese, English - Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
