We are a leading company in Eyewear Manufacturing and Trading in Vietnam is seeking a talented and flexible candidate to lead the strategy for expanding and developing the domestic market.
FLEXIBLE WORKING MODEL (HYBRID)
The role harmoniously combines strategic planning with hands-on market fieldwork:
50% Office/Company Time: Planning, reporting, market analysis, internal collaboration, and team training (if applicable).
50% Field/Market Time (Fieldwork): Executing market development and direct sales tasks.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Development & Client Acquisition (Core Focus):
Proactively seek and expand distribution channels, partners, and potential new clients (Distributors, retail chains, eye clinics, etc.).
Conduct in-depth market surveys and scout potential premises/locations for expanding the company's retail chain.
Account Management & Customer Care:
Regularly visit, maintain, and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term retention.
Resolve issues related to orders and products for customers within the assigned territory.
Sales Management & Reporting:
Set sales targets, establish detailed sales plans, and monitor execution to achieve KPIs.
Prepare periodic reports and evaluate business performance, proposing solutions for efficiency improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 02 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or equivalent, preferably in Retail/Chain Stores/FMCG.
Market savvy and capable of sourcing and evaluating commercial premises/locations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Flexible and willing to travel frequently to meet job requirements.
ATTRACTIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Fixed Base Salary: Starting from 1,000 USD (Negotiable based on capabilities).
Commission: Highly attractive sales commission/bonus based on sales results and market expansion achievements.
Allowances: Full travel/commute allowance (according to company policy) for fieldwork.
