Sales channel strategy:
- Develop medium and long-term sales channel development strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to propose product development suitable for each sales channel.
Sales plans:
- Plan monthly/quarterly sales.
- Update, analyze, and evaluate market information, competitors to forecast sales volume and ordering plans.
- Build, expand, and maintain relationships with strategic business partners.
- Manage operational budgets (sales programs, personnel salary, and bonuses for the sales department).
- Regularly report business performance (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and provide adjustments for the next periods.
- Monitor pre- and post-sales customer care activities.
Team development:
- Develop short and long-term human resources plans.
- Implement recruitment.
- Train staff.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent position in consumer goods or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
- Having experience in both GT and MT channels is an advantage
- Having experience in other B2B/ wholesales channels is also an advantage
- Having English communication skills are an advantage

Work Location:
Ho Chi Minh City (District 1 or District 2); occasional trips to Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai (company shuttle bus provided).
