• Preparing and controlling time attendance, insurance, PIT, labor contracts, policies, benefits and other tasks related to Payroll.
• Support employees to resolve topic related to time attendance, payment and benefit concerns.
• Ensure employee database, contract and profile are maintained and available to use.
• Implement C&B system (training roadmap, workflow, SOP).
• Ensure the C&B policies is aligned regional & global and collective Agreement with Trade Union.
• Coordinate with external consultants, refer to the law change to ensure necessary adjustment and planning for annual company personnel budget.
• Record company business result data and C&B history.
• Support and monitor company salary review history.
• Support Expat and Local Plus from hire/relocation to retire/repatriation.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.
• Graduated from University or College (Law, Business Administration, Economic, Human Resources)
• At least 2 years of experience in general HR or Payroll
• Good at English full 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge and understanding in Policies, Regulations and Labor law
• Ability to work high under-pressure.
