Be responsible for HPC Net Contribution total Category/Brands
Be in charge of budgeting and forecasting and performance management
Provide proactive commercial insights and transparency of marketing & trade activity decisions for effective resource allocation across the value chain
Monitor, tracking, and follow up on Marketing & Trade investment and consolidation reporting of trade investment, selling expenses and Marketing expenditure, propose cost saving initiatives to budget holder
Ensure the respect of procedures and best practices of Internal control (GRCC) in Trade activities and spending.
Monthly financial Analysis of Brands and Identify areas of Profitability Improvement
Monthly channel financial analysis and Identify areas of Profitability Improvement
Prepare and deliver accurate financial information timely (AOP, Monthly Forecasts and Actual results) in line with Marico accounting principles
Work out Business case and financial impact for NPD/re-launch/initiatives and provide recommendation to business
Key owner in Business Finance for HPC Pricing
Ensure that reporting processes are subject to continuous improvement, enabling information streams to be responsive to changing requirements and ad hoc requests.
Responsible for compliance on accrual/provision booking with VAS, IFRS and group/company procedures, work with external and internal auditors
Build and Develop a high-performing HPC Business Finance team. Provide coaching, training and keep team motivated to go beyond and deliver great results.

Job Requirement
Overall requirement
BA/Master degree in Finance/Accounting/Commercial. CPA, CMA certified is a plus
5+ years experiences of management accounting or business analysis or commercial finance
Excellent communication in both EN and VI and presentation skills.
Personally Effective – excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and delegate.
Ability to seek out, manage and influence opportunities for continuous improvement and change
Result-oriented person, detailed oriented and good analytical skills
Strong business and commercial acumen
Able to influence and collaborate effectively with multi-levels and various departments to implement the decision.
FMCG experience is preferable
