- Check and prepare working sheet, calculate monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Research information for salary surveys
- Monthly reconcile reports of Social Department versus Company report and payment receipts.
- Monthly update & check sick leave document of associates.
- Monthly reconcile sick leave claim report of Social Department.
- Ensure open social insurance book and closing social insurance book on time and accuracy
- Register PIT code for employees
- Do monthly declaration on personal income tax
- Do year-end tax finalization
- Update & follow regulations of PIT
- Follow welfare benefit application of employees
- Check & conduct welfare benefit process
- Record and update employee database timely, ensure high confidentiality
- Prepare employees and employment related documents and decisions including offer letter, labor contract, promotion, salary review…
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related majors
TOEIC, TOFEL, IELTS… (ability to use English at work)
