A global packating company is seeking Customer Service staff with details:
Receive and process customer orders regarding quantity, price, and product identification; coordinate with production planning for implementation.
Confirm delivery schedules, monitor order status, track customer payments, and handle complaints.
Collaborate with related departments to resolve issues concerning quality, inventory, delivery dates, new product development, and shipping documentation.
Regularly update prices and supply conditions from the sales and market departments.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head
Job Requirement
Education: College/University
Experience: at least 3 years at similar level.
Skills: Good organization, negotiation and interpersonal skills
