A global packating company is seeking Customer Service staff with details:

• Receive and process customer orders regarding quantity, price, and product identification; coordinate with production planning for implementation.
• Confirm delivery schedules, monitor order status, track customer payments, and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with related departments to resolve issues concerning quality, inventory, delivery dates, new product development, and shipping documentation.
• Regularly update prices and supply conditions from the sales and market departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: College/University
• Experience: at least 3 years at similar level.
• Skills: Good organization, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and explanation
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure  
• Language: English in business level
• Experience in packaging field will be preferable
