KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work under the guidance of product management leadership to proactively manage the portfolio assigned and develop a sustainable and aggressive business plan that will help to drive our business to record growth and sales contribution

• Conduct market and user-based research to understand the strategic, tactical and new product development needs

• Implement and monitor strategies including product positioning, forecasting, channel development, product updates and/or obsolescence • Work with Brand marketing and the commercial teams across Asia to ensure we are correctly launching and communicating the benefits our products deliver to the end users

• Establish close working relations with global product and engineering teams to ensure the needs of Asia are met and delivered

• Develop launch kits that deliver a strong message on how we win to our internal and external customers

• Manage various reports including New Product Launch effectiveness, margin and mix analysis with the Finance team and report back to management with results and recommendations
• Work with Asia markets and distributor partners on potential new product opportunities for new products

• Collaborate with our Training team to ensure they have up to date product information that will allow them to deliver world class training that our products require and deserve

• Participate in key customer presentations, line reviews, trade shows and other industry events as needed

• Perform such works in other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent required
Experience
• Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge • Must be comfortable working on a commercial & residential jobsite: end user visits, making sales calls with sale and distributor sales force, and field testing

*Working Location: Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCMC. We are providing shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai
