Front Desk Officer/Customer Service (Nhân viên lễ tân/ nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng)

• Greet patients in a professional manner at their arrival & on the telephone.
• Organizing & scheduling appointments;
• Updating & filling out patient’s medical file;
• Work closely with team members to ensure the arrangement & cleanliness at the lobby & reception area meet the management’s standard.
• Handles cashier’s works when assigned.
• Provide support to patients’ requests of documents relating to treatment.
• Attract potential patients by answering inquiries of services on site, via phone or email.
• Process messages from patients to doctor’s assistant to doctors;
• Conduct follow-up phone calls with new patients & when patients do not follow through with the prescribed treatment plan.
• Ability to maintain effective & organized systems to ensure timely patient flow;
• Ad-hoc tasks given by immediate supervisor.

• Good customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Good problem solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;
• Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;
• Able to handle patient’s confidential information in a professional manner;
• Good command of Vietnamese & English spoken
