Job Description

Work on HW Tools design and follow up for all TTI power tool and related products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understanding and converting customer requirement into design specification.

  1. Electronic design (schematics, layout, assembly, wire-harness etc.) and ensured Design For Manufacturing (DFM) with our OEM and components are optimized to our supply chain for lead time, cost and performance.

  1. Setup efficient qualification process and criteria to ensure the product is robust under various and serious environment.

  1. The designed product must be able to pass associated EMC, ESD and Safety standard and verify by design specification, validate with integrated product.

  1. Identify critical parts (DFMEA) and review with OEM supplier to ensure these are covered by ICT and/or FCT, as well as the logistics on supply chain.

  1. Design, development documentation for product release and upgrading.

  1. Root cause analysis, troubleshooting, correct action in development verification, returned materials analysis and production support.

  1. Continuous improvement on functionality, quality, delivery, and cost crossing function teams.

  1. Stay abreast of new technologies in Hardware and Software and convert into applications.

This position will be based in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Cu Chi. Shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh, Thu Duc, Binh Duong, Dong Nai is available.

Job Requirement

  • University Degree in Electronic Engineering.  

  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills. 

  • Work independently, technical justification with min. guide.  

  • Project management and people management is a plus. 

  • Software knowledge is a plus. 

  • Performance and reliability test knowledge (Tolerance stack-up and stress analysis) 

  • Risk management (DFMEA, PFMDA, and Control Plan) 

  • Circuit design and analysis tools, and firmware coding in C language. 

  • Technical problem-solving skills. 

  • Cost analysis.
