- Assist in work and contribute to the work performance of the General Manager
- Ensure the personal needs related to work: booking air tickets, paperwork, bank account, invoices, housing, pick-up, business trip…
- Check and ensure the logistics for everyday work and related meetings and events.
- Schedule meetings and managed calendars using Outlook
- Ensure the appointments and contributing when required to the relationship with partners outside of the company.
- Generate comprehensive reports and recorded minutes of meetings to ensure accurate historical records and timely follow-up on action items
- Write speeches, letters and send messages to relevant participant and ensure the right translation and the meaning.
- Contribute to the meeting content if necessary
- Check if the processes are respected: documents for signatures, appointment request, approval of expenditures…
- Coordination with different Department when necessary to ensure the functioning of the Head Office and/or for work
- Handled confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by direct manager
- University Graduate, Major: Business Administration or relevant area
- At least 04 years experience in secretary/ assistant positions
- Understanding of office admin tasks and personal-related tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – fluent – spoken and written
- Interpersonal & communication skills

- Ready to travel for work
