Responsible for sales revenue & others KPI assigned by the Company at assigned accounts/region.
Develop and execute the account plan including monthly forecast, trading terms, promotion budget, visibility, key event of account assigned by the Company.
Manage senior sales sup/Sales sup/Sales team to achieve company target.
Monitor account's performane, review & propose action plan to improve performance.
Maintain good business relationships with customers, principles and internal departments in executing programs and following policies and procedures.
Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effectively execution.
Frequently field visit to update market intelligent & ensure al the plan are executed properly in market
Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement.
Undertake other tasks requested by Line Manager
Job Requirement
At least 05 -10 years of equivalent experience in FMCG advantage.
Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels.
Excellent relationship and networking skills, planning skills.
Understanding the market, familiar with the management area.
Good management, problem solving, working in pressure
Coaching, training for staffs.
Enthusiasm, result-oriented.
